How do I book a bounce house or party equipment?

You can book directly through our website or shoot us an email. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.
What areas do you deliver to?

We serve the San Gorgonio Pass area (Banning, Beaumont, Cherry Valley, Calimesa, Cabazon, Yucaipa). If you're outside this area, contact us, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments such as Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
How much space do I need for a bounce house?

You’ll need a flat, clear area with at least 2 feet of space in addition to the footprint of the bounce house or slide. Dimensions are listed on the details on the inventory page. Be sure to check for overhead obstructions like trees or power lines.
Do I need power for the bounce house or slide?

Yes, the bounce house requires a standard electrical outlet. If power is not available, we offer a solar generator at an additional charge.
Are your bounce houses clean and safe?

Absolutely! We clean and sanitize all equipment before and after each rental. Safety is our top priority.
What happens if it rains or is too windy?

If bad weather is expected, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund if necessary. Safety comes first, and bounce houses cannot be used in strong winds or rain.
